ఎసెన్షియా అడ్వాన్స్డ్ సైన్సెస్ ఫార్మా యాజమాన్యం పై క్రిమినల్ కేసులు పెట్టాలి
అనకాపల్లి జిల్లా అచ్యుతాపురం సెజ్(SEZ) లోని ‘ఎసెన్షియా అడ్వాన్స్డ్ సైన్సెస్ ప్రైవేట్ లిమిటెడ్’ లో 21 ఆగస్టు 2024న భారీ ప్రమాదం జరిగి పలువురు మృతి చెందిన విషయం, ఈ ప్రమాదంలో భవనంలోని ఒక అంతస్తు కుప్ప కూలిన విషయం తెలిసిందే.
ఈ ఘటనలో 17 మంది మృతి చెందారని అధికారిక ప్రకటన వెలువడింది. గాయపడిన వారిసంఖ్య 36 అని వార్తలు. అయితే వారి సంఖ్య ఇంకా ఎక్కువే ఉంటుందని స్థానికులు చెబుతున్నారు. ఈ ప్రమాదానికి కారణం రియాక్టర్ పేలుడు అని వార్తలు సూచిస్తుండగా, ఫ్లోర్ లో జరిగిన సాల్వెంట్ లీకేజీ వల్ల జరిగిందని ప్రభుత్వ ప్రతినిధులు కొందరు చెబుతున్నారు. కంపెనీ యాజమాన్యం ప్రమాద విషయాన్ని పట్టించుకోలేదని, తాను స్వయంగా ఫోన్ చేసినా, మెసేజ్ పెట్టినా ఎటువంటి స్పందనా లేదని సాక్ష్యాత్తూ హోం మినిస్టరే చెబుతున్నారు. ఈ ప్రమాదానికి అసలు కారణం ఏమిటనేది ఇంకా అధికారులకు తెలియరాలేదట. బహుశా ప్రజలు, పత్రికలవాళ్ళూ మరచిపోయినంత వరకూ ఈ విషయం వారి పరిశీలనలోనే ఉంటుందేమో.

Chikkadpally police insisting on prior permission to hold meetings in Sundarayya Vignana Kendram, Baghlingampally.
When we went to the Sundarayya Vignana Kendram in Baghlingampally to book the hall, the person in charge of the auditorium informed us that prior permission of the Chikkadpally police is mandatory for booking. The management informed us about a letter that was issued to the Sundarayya Trust in Sundarayya Vignana Kendram by the Station House Officer of Chikkadpally police station not to allow booking for the seminar halls without prior permission from Chikkadpally police authorities.

Though we respect her Right to freedom of Expression, Human Rights Forum would like to inform her that ability to go to field work and stamina to listen to grievances required more of sincere commitment to serve for All India Service cadre than physical fitness. Our experience shows that not all IAS officers with working limbs are willing to go to field work and prefer to skip Prajavani – a grievance redressal program. She should keep this reality in mind.
